- Zucchini
- Fresh shitake mushrooms (optional)
- Avocado oil
- Minced garlic
- One slice of onion (optional)
- Mushroom powder
- Oyster sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Take a zucchini, slice lengthwise, and chop in slices
- Slice shitake mushrooms (optional)
- Chop a slice of onion into pieces
- Heat oil in a skillet
- Add minced garlic and onion
- Stir fry onion and garlic
- Add zucchini and mushrooms to the skillet
- Stir fry (adding small amount of water to build heat if needed)
- Season with mushroom powder and oyster sauce (optional)
